  • Date of birth (for age verification/waiver purposes)
  • Mailing or business address (where applicable, e.g., sponsors/vendors)
  • Event-related preferences (e.g., t-shirt size, accessibility needs, attendance days)
  • Payment-related information processed through our third-party ticketing/payment provider (we do not directly store full payment card details)
  • Any additional information you voluntarily submit through a form or in correspondence with us

We also automatically collect limited technical and usage data when you visit the Site (see our Cookie Policy for details).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process registrations, applications, and ticket claims
  • Communicate with you about the Event, including confirmations, updates, and logistics
  • Coordinate volunteer, sponsor, vendor, and panel participation
  • Improve the Site and our event programming
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Event Terms & Conditions
  • Send promotional or marketing communications, where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Site and process registrations, including Tally.so (form collection) and Airtable (data organization/storage)
  • Event partners, such as the venue (M&T Bank Stadium) or co-organizing entities, where necessary to deliver the Event (e.g., attendee lists for credentialing)
  • Sponsors, only where you have explicitly opted in to have your information shared as part of a sponsor-related promotion or activation
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Umbral Starcade LLC, attendees, or others

The Site uses Webflow’s built-in analytics to understand general Site usage (e.g., page views, traffic sources). Details on the specific cookies used and how to manage them are available in our Cookie Policy.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, including for record-keeping, legal compliance, and planning future events. If you would like your information deleted sooner, you may contact us using the details below.

The Site and Event registration processes are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Attendees under 18 must register with parent or guardian involvement as described in our Event Terms & Conditions.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including sponsor or vendor sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
