By registering for or attending The Audible (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms:
Attendance at the Event is voluntary. Attendees assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss, or property damage. By attending, you release Umbral Starcade LLC, The Audible, its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and the venue from any liability for claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Tickets/registration confirmations are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Valid photo ID may be required for entry. The Audible reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for conduct that violates these terms or poses a safety risk.
Attendees are expected to treat staff, volunteers, competitors, vendors, and fellow attendees with respect. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. By attending, you grant Umbral Starcade LLC / The Audible permission to use your likeness in such materials without compensation, unless you notify Event staff in writing prior to the Event.
Certain Event programming, including but not limited to the Madden Esports Championship and Pro Competitor matches, may be livestreamed or broadcast publicly. Competitors and panelists specifically consent to being featured in livestream, broadcast, and related promotional content as a condition of participation, in addition to the general media release above.
The Audible reserves the right to modify the schedule, programming, panels, competitors, or vendors at its discretion. Every effort will be made to communicate significant changes in advance.
Attendees agree to comply with any posted venue rules, safety guidelines, or emergency instructions issued by Event staff or venue personnel.
All ticket and registration sales for The Audible are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend, schedule conflicts, dissatisfaction with programming, or changes to the Event lineup.
The sole exception is in the case of a Force Majeure Event — meaning cancellation or material inability to hold the Event due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Umbral Starcade LLC / The Audible, including but not limited to natural disaster, extreme weather, government order, public health emergency, war, terrorism, venue unavailability due to catastrophic damage, or other events commonly understood as “acts of God.” In such cases, The Audible will determine — at its sole discretion — whether refunds, credits toward a future event, or another remedy will be offered, and will communicate the applicable policy to registered attendees as soon as reasonably possible.
The Audible is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or incidental costs incurred by attendees in connection with the Event, regardless of the reason for cancellation, postponement, or schedule changes.
Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or provide signed guardian consent, unless otherwise specified for a particular program.
Beyond the refund policy above, The Audible reserves the right to postpone, relocate, modify, or cancel the Event in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disaster, severe weather, government order, public health emergency, venue closure, or other acts of God. The Audible will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage beyond the remedies described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverage, professional recording equipment, and drones are prohibited unless otherwise authorized in writing by Event staff. All attendees and belongings are subject to search upon entry per venue security policy. Prohibited items may be confiscated, and violators may be removed from the Event without refund.
The Audible, Umbral Starcade LLC, and the venue are not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged during the Event.
Parking and transportation to and from the venue are the responsibility of the attendee and are subject to M&T Bank Stadium’s parking and transportation policies. The Audible does not guarantee parking availability and is not responsible for parking costs, traffic delays, or transportation issues affecting arrival or departure.
The Audible name, logo, branding, and all associated event materials are the property of Umbral Starcade LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this intellectual property without prior written consent is prohibited.
The Audible may feature third-party vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors. The Audible and Umbral Starcade LLC are not responsible or liable for the products, services, transactions, promotions, or conduct of any third-party vendor or sponsor operating at or in connection with the Event.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or attendance at the Event shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The Audible reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version of these terms in effect at the time of the Event shall govern. Continued registration or attendance following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
